Palimpsest Prilep. Towers, houses and gardens

PALIMPSEST PRILEP: Towers, Houses and Gardens is the second volume of series editions ENABLE - Embedding collaborative platform for upskilling and networking toward sustainable cities - Erasmus KA203 Program. The research discusses topics and processes that characterize the transformations of the 21st century, departing from fragile territories of the marginal world, geographies where anthropological, productive, landscape and cultural diversity and complexity are often concentrated. Territories that indicate possible theoretical trajectories have been explored, observing the project as a cultural moment through the relationship between man, environment, and place. This volume is a study of the incidents in the dense urban fabric of the city that have been identified through cartographic observations and reveal the results of a design experiment conducted for the city of Prilep in North Macedonia.
